Stock Adjustments
In the purpose of adjusting the stock quantities in the organizations’ stores(the stores can be either within the premises or away). This adjustment can be done for individual stores or between each of them. E.g. restocking the shop/store from the main godown or moving broken items to the breakages store.
Stock Issuing
Stock issuing can be attributed to the adjustments as above but with an exterior movement. E.g relocation of stores or issuance to another branch. Stock Receiving Stock receiving is also attributed to the explanations above with an interior movement. An example can be reception of goods from a supplier, or from another branch and also from a store away from premises.
Stock Transfers
This module is used when goods/stock is moved from one location to another within the business e.g when goods are moved from the warehouse to the main shop or from the main shop to dead stock store.
Stock Take Utility
When it is time to stock take, this utility is the one that can help make it easier to tally the physical stock numbers to the ones in the system as per the store numbers. Know the potential of your Business as soon as you need to.
Item List
Gives a list of the whole stock inventory.
Accounting Packages Link
Even with your current accounting package, fear not, because AutoMan eZYFinance will easily interface and connect with the your accounting package. Parts Management and Inventory
The Items Management module allows the user to create and manage the items that are used in the system. Some of the master parameters contained in the products description include:
- Item Code
- Item Name
- Supplier Reference
- Multiple Supersede Codes
- Item Units
- Item Prices
- OE Numbers
- Multiple Stores capability
- Pictures
All the parts and accessories in the items master list are bar code ready and can be coded to be read or entered using a bar code scanner to enable the quickest way to organize the inventory. All you inventory will be managed at the touch of a button. With AutoMan eZYFinance, all the inventory management will be done automatically. All your sales transactions will deduct the stocks accordingly and any new purchases will add. Any other manual stock adjustments can easily be done through the inventory-Robust database.
AutoMan eZYFinance has been developed on a very robust MySQL database platform that allows unlimited number of users to access information on the system from varying locations. The database platform is also capable of being hosted on Linux or UNIX platforms, thus warranting no need for change of hardware and existing I.T infrastructure.
