A: Our technical support personnel will try to solve the problem over the phone by giving instructions on how to solve the problem. Alternatively, we also install a software that can help us view the desktop of the computer having the problem remotely if you have internet connection. This is the easiest and fastest way to solve problems. If still the problem is not resolved, the support personnel will visit the customer in person.
