A: Either through phone support: Our technical support personnel will try to solve the problem over the phone by instructing you how to solve the problem. Alternatively, we also install software that can help us view the desktop of your computer having the problem, remotely if you have internet connection.
This is the easiest and fastest way to solve the problem. Also the support personnel can decide to visit the customer in person.
